Easy pull down system
Ideal for large size conference or training
rooms. Easy pull-down system locks at
intervals to fit a variety of projection formats. Permanently lubricated steel ball bearings combined
with nylon bushings and heavy duty spring assembly
offers smooth operation even in demanding
applications. Matte White
fabric up to 10' high will be seamless. High Contrast
Matte White, Glass Beaded, Silver Matte and Video Spectra® 1.5
fabrics up to 8' high will be seamless.
High Power fabric up to 6' high will be seamless.
Precision Seaming
Large screens will have one or more
horizontal seams. Seams are standard and necessary
in large size screens since surfaces are limited
to the available fabric size.
Da-Lite Perma-Sealed seams are made by
butting carefully matched edges of two panels
together and fastening with special tape that is
sealed to the reverse side. These seams are
guaranteed not to separate. Seams in a picture
surface should not be construed as patched or
defective. In use, the seam will be virtually
invisible in the projected picture. damage to your
screen. Use the cord provided for control.
Installation
For Wall Installation select fasteners of proper
type for wall or ceiling involved.
Insert fasteners through proper openings
provided in back side of end caps. Attach screen securely to studding or
other solid surface - never to plaster only.
For ceiling installation heavy
screw hooks may be installed into wood joists.
Other types of hooks or chain may be used for
other ceilings or for stage installations.
Insert hooks or chain through proper
openings provided in sides of end caps.
Screen must hang so that flat back of
case is perpendicular to floor. MAKE SURE
SCREEN IS MOUNTED LEVEL.
Optional Floating Mounting Bracket
The Model C and Model C with Controlled Screen Return (CSR) are now
available with an optional floating mounting bracket to simplify wall or
ceiling mount installations. The floating mounting bracket allows the Model
C to be mounted to wall or ceiling studs and then aligned left or right.
Best suited for installations where lateral flexibility is required to
ensure both a secure mounting of the screen as well as the ability to
properly center the projection screen, the floating mounting method
effectively allows any two wall or ceiling attachment points.
Extension Brackets
Extension brackets must be used for wall mounting.
Use for convenient
mounting to extend screen from wall to avoid obstacles such as chalkboards.

Model No. 6 Extends screen from wall 6". Non-adjustable.

High Contrast Matte White Surface
High Contrast Matte White is the newest addition to Da-Lite’s line of gray
screen surfaces. With a gain of 1.1 and a 45-degree half angle, the High
Contrast Matte White is the perfect choice for installations utilizing DLP
or LCD projectors with moderate output. With a gray colored base material
and a specially designed reflective coating, the High Contrast Matte White
fabric is designed to enhance the black level of projected images without
sacrificing the white level output. High Contrast Matte White is designed
for use in applications where a tensioned screen is not needed.

Available Sizes and Screen Surfaces
Please note the Square Format screens dimensions are
the overall dimensions of the screen including the border. There is only a
1 1/4" border on the right and left sides of the screen and none on the top
or bottom of the screen. The dimensions of the Video and HDTV Format
screens are the viewing area only - "just the white area". There is an
additional 2" border on all sides of these screens adding an additional 4"
to the dimensions listed. Check the Product formation
sheet for the overall length of case dimensions to insure your screen will
fit you want it. Please take this into consideration if you are trying to fit the screen into
a tight area. In order to ensure you select the
right screen, please be sure to measure the room in which the screen will be
