Auction Types

Our customers seem to fall into three categories those who want to take the sound system with them for selling to a small crowd of 100 or less.  Those who want the sound system to remain in one place for crowds over 100 people and those who have large crowds such as cattle or automotive auctions that need a large system to cover a large area.  We have a system to fit all these needs and more.

Small Crowd

The Anchor MiniVox Lite public address system is a lightweight, compact, battery operated unit that can be easily carries or placed on a flat surface.  The MiniVox Lite is perfect for table to table auctions of small items and The MiniVox Lite includes a soft case, wired microphone and a shoulder strap for mobility.  Packages are also available for adding a wireless microphone.  A battery charger option is also available with rechargeable batteries that can be charged while they remain in the unit. Popular with auctioneers that want to take their sound with them.

Medium Crowd

The Anchor MegaVox Pro is perfect for sound projection in outdoor settings.  Great system for outdoor auctions such as small machinery, tools and autos.  The Anchor MegaVox Pro is truly versatile with true AC/DC operation and a 110/220 power supply and can run for 10 hours per charge!  Weighing in at just 15 pounds this horned type system does not sound tinny like other systems.  Available with one or two wireless receivers options running two mics will not be a problem.  A second companion speaker can also be added to handle large crowds with ease. 

Large Crowd

The Anchor Liberty Platinum Sound System is perfect for sound projection in indoor or outdoor settings.  Great for farm machinery, auto, real estate or indoor auctions where the speakers will remain in one place.  The unit delivers 117dB of intelligible speech from one sound system designed for users with no technical knowledge. The Anchor Liberty Platinum is truly versatile with true AC/DC operation and a 110/220 power supply and can run for 6+ hours per charge!

Record Your Auctions

Connect a recording device such as a tape recorder, MP3 recorder or computer to any sound system on this page and record your auctions for later review.  No more putting a mic up to a speaker for recording.  Clean and clear recordings will be made directly from the sound system to your recording device!

Companion Speaker

A second unpowered companion speaker can be added to the MegaVox Pro or Liberty Platinum system. While adding the second speaker can make your system louder, it can also give you the ability to turn it down!  By adding a second speaker you can have two speakers 50 to 100 feet apart feet apart and with this better coverage you can actually turn the sound down.  This way the people sitting next to the speakers don't have to experience how loud your Anchor Audio system can actually get!  A second speaker can always be added later or look for the deluxe package on the system pages and get the stand and cable you need.

Wireless package available

All sound systems on this page can also be ordered with a wireless UHF mic and built in receiver that offers 16 user-selectable channels for great wireless reception.  To save money purchase a package with either one or two (on medium or large systems) built-in wireless receivers and your choice of wireless mic(s): Handheld, lapel, Headband, UltraLite or collar. For a hands free mic in outdoor situations we recommend the Headband mic. The Headband mic has a windscreen to prevent wind noise.
